DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Make the field as level as possible. Irrigate rice field to 3 cm. water depth. Allow most of the snails to come out to the surface before spraying. Apply SUREKILL 7OWP at 350 gms product/ha, evenly on the paddy. In case water depth is more than 3 cm. or if rainfall is expected shortly, maintain the treated water in the field.

COMPATIBILITY: Do not mix SUREKILL 70WP with other products. MIXING: In a sprayer tank partially filled with water pour the required quantity of SUREKILL70WP and stir. Next, fill the tank with the correct amount of water and mix well.

PRECAUTIONS: Store in tightly closed original container. Keep away from food and feedstuffs. Do not allow the product to come into contact with skin and mucous membranes. Avoid inhalation of spray mist. When mixing and spraying, wear waterproof protective clothing including boots and gloves. After spraying, wash hands and all contaminated parts of the body thoroughly with plenty of soap and water After use, clean all spray equipment thoroughly with water. Bury empty containers. Do not allow the chemical or container to contaminate sources of water. This product is toxic to fish.

SYMPTOMS OF POISONING: Ataxia or uncoordinated movements, staggering, dyspnoea, and vomiting. If eye contact occurs, the conjunctiva, will redden and swell.

FIRST AID TREATMENT: If swallowed and patient is conscious, make him drink 1/2 glass of water. Induce vomiting by tickling the back of the throat or pressing back of the tongue with a finger Repeat the procedure until the vomit fluid turns clear. Consult a doctor. If inhaled, remove the patient from contaminated area and bring him to fresh air. If breathing has stopped, apply artificial respiration. Consult a physician. In case of skin contact, remove contaminated clothing and wash affected areas thoroughly with plain soap and water. Consult a physician. In case of eye contamination, flush the eyes with clean running water continuously for 15 minutes or more. Consult a physician.

NOTE TO PHYSICIAN: There is no specific antidote. If illness results from exposure, treat symptomatically. If ingested, orally give 200ml liquid paraffin and gastric lavage with 4 liters of water. Afterward, treat with activated charcoal and sodium sulfate. In case of mucous membrane reactions, treat symptomatically with antihistamine gel and corticosteroid formulations.

RE-ENTRY PERIOD: No less than 48 hours after spraying.

STORAGE and DISPOSAL: Store in a cool, dry place. Keep away from food and feeds. Keep out of reach of children. Don't re-use containers. Completely empty the contents and bury the unused chemical and container at least 45 cm. deep in an isolated location away from sources of water.
