DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
SCORPIO™ is a broad spectrum insecticide with both stomach and contact action. SCORPIO
40SP™ is for use on the following crops and is to be applied at the
recommended rates indicated.

FREQUENCY AND
APPLICATION METHOD: Start spraying SCORPIO 40SP when pests appear and repeat
the application every 5 to 7 days if necessary. Mix the product thoroughly in
the spray tank before application. For banana, apply as bud injection at
60-80 mL per bud.

COMPATIBILITY:
SCORPIO 40SP™
is compatible with commonly used insecticides and fungicides. Do not use with
Copper or Bordeax mixture, lime sulfur and highly alkaline solutions.

PRE-HARVEST INTERVAL: Numbers of days
recommended between last spray until harvest of the crops indicated in the
table above.

It is a violation of FPA rules and regulations to use this product in a
manner inconsistent with its label. No warranty of any kind, expressed or
implied, is made concerning the use of this product. User assumes all risks
and liabilities from handling. use or application.

SYMPTOMS OF
POISONING:
Signs and symptoms of acute poisoning include tearing of the eyes, headache,
salivation, excessive sweating, giddiness, blurred vision, nausea, vomiting,
diarrhea, abdominal cramps, chest tightness and constricted pupils or
discomfort. In severe poisoning or the inability to walk, coma or respiratory
arrest may occur.

FIRST AID: In all cases call a
physician or the National Poisons Control and Information Services office
immediately and seek medical advice on treatment of the patient.

If swallowed, and patient is
conscious, induce vomiting by giving one or two glasses of water followed by
touching the back of throat or by pressing back of tongue with a finger or
blunt instrument. Repeat procedure until vomit - fluid is clear in
appearance. Do not induce vomiting or give anything by mouth to an
unconscious person. If patient is not breathing, give artificial respiration.

If on skin, remove contaminated
clothing and wash skin with soap and plenty of water. If inhaled, remove from
contaminated area and bring to fresh air.

If in eyes, flush eyes
immediately with plenty of clean running water for at least 15 minutes.

IN ALL CASES GET
MEDICAL ATTENTION IMMEDIATELY. Give symptomatic and supportive treatment.

NOTE TO PHYSICIAN: Methomyl produces
effects associated with cholinesterase activity. Atropine sulfate should be
used for treatment Administer repeated doses 1.2-2.0 mg intravenously every 10
to 30 minutes until full atropinization is achieved. Do not use morphine or
2-PAM Maintain atropinization until patient recovers. Artificial respiration
or oxygen maybe necessary. Allow no further exposure to anti-cholinesterase
inhibitors until recovery is assured.

WARNING: This product may be
harmful if swallowed, inhaled, or absorbed through the skin.

PRECAUTIONS: Store in original
container, tightly closed, away from food and feedstuffs under lock and key.
Do not eat, drink, or smoke while using this product. Avoid skin
contamination and inhalation of spray mist. Wash splashes of concentrate off
skin immediately. Wear protective waterproof clothing and rubber gloves,
goggles, a spray mask and rubber boots when handling the product. Thoroughly
wash hands, face and exposed skin areas after use and before eating drinking
or smoking. Wash all contaminated clothing and protective equipment before
re-use. Take a bath and change into clean clothing after work. Bury empty
containers. Avoid contamination of any water supply with chemical.
