DIRECTIIONS FOR USE To prepare the solution, mix LEADREX for every 50 liters of water. Apply the prepared solution at the following rates: Pre-Construction Treatment: For overall treatment of floor slabs, porch floors and entrance platforms, apply the solution at the rate of four (4) liters per square meter or seven (7) liters per square meter if fill is washed gravel or the other coarse materials. On hollow blocks foundation or voids of masonry, apply the solution at the rate of seven (7) liters per three (3) linear meters. Or crawl spaces, apply the solution at the rate of five (5) per linear meter per 30 cm of depth from grade to bottom of foundation. Apply the solution on both sides of the foundation and around all pipes and piers. Post-Construction Treatment: Apply the solution at the rate of five (5) liters per linear meter to trench to as deep as the base of as foundation of the building being treated. Treat the soil for use as backfill as well as the soil under and around piers and porches. To avoid to direct sunlight of the treated soil, cover treated areas with a layer of untreated soil. Remedial and Spot Treatment: If there is a clear evidence of termite reinfestation after the initial treatment as a result of breakdown or disruption of chemical barrier in the soil due to human activities such as excavation, construction and landscaping, only then should retreatment be made and should be made in accordance with prescribed applied techniques. Spot treatment may be made to reinfested critical areas particularly those areas exposed to sunlight, only as necessary. STORAGE AND DISPOSAL: Do not store near seeds, foods and other foodstuffs. SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS OF POISONING: Experience shows that LEADREX insecticide can be used without adverse effects if all label directions and precautions are followed. Where accidental exposure occurs symptoms could induce excessive sweating, tearing of eyes, salivation, headache, giddiness, blurred vision, nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramps, diarrhea, chest tightness and discomfort, constricted pupils. In severe poisoning, muscle twitching, inability to walk, coma, and respiratory arrest may occur. FIRST AID: If swallowed, give 1-2 glasses of water. Do not induce vomiting unless medical treatment is delayed more than an hour. In case of skin contact, remove contaminated clothing and wash affected areas with soap and water. Get medical attention as soon as possible if symptoms are occurring. In cases of splashes in the eyes, flush eyes with clean running water for at least 15 minutes. Get medical attention. If inhaled, remove from contaminated atmosphere, and bring patient to fresh air. If breathing is shallow or has ceased, apply artificial respiration. Get medical attention as soon as possible. NOTE TO PHYSICIAN: Contains a long-acting cholinesterase inhibitor. If swallowed, do careful gastric lavage, and activated charcoal and follow with sodium sulfate cathartic. Treat with cholinesterase reactivator (pralidoxime or obidoxime, intravenous) if within 24 hours of poisoning, give atropine sulfate as main antidote. Maintain patient airways, vital signs, and fluid and electrolyte balance. Never give opiates phenothiazines, antipyretics, xanthines (aminophylline, theophylline, and caffeine) and other respiratory depressants.
