BEFPRE APPLYING THE PRODUCT, READ AND UNDERSTAND THE LABEL.

DIRECTION FOR USE: Karate is registered for use on crops and pests listed below. Mix with water as indicated. Start spraying as soon as pests appear. If needed, repeat at 7 to 14 days intervals. Shorten spray intervals during heavy infestation. Apply at spray volume of 1,500L/ha for mango and 500L/ha for other crops.

COMPATIBILITY: Non-compatible with alkali-based compounds e.g., copper fungicides.

PRE-HARVEST INTERVAL: Do not spray 3 days before harvest.

STORAGE AND DISPOSAL: Store in original containers, tightly closed in a safe place. Do not contaminate ponds, ditches and waterways with empty containers. Drain, wash out, puncture, and bury empty containers in wasteland. Formulation is classified as non-flammable and does not ignite spontaneously.

WARNING: This product may be harmful if swallowed, inhaled, or absorbed through the skin. The solvent can cause chemical pneumonitis.

PRECAUTIONS: Avoid splashes of concentrate on eyes. Do not smoke, drink, or eat while using this product. Wear protective clothing, gloves, and face shield when handling the concentrate. Avoid working in spray mist. When using mistblowers, wear a mask covering nose and mouth. Wash hands and exposed skin before meals and after work. Remove contaminated clothing and wash before re-use. Do not contaminate waterways with chemical or empty containers.

SYMPTOMS OF POISONING: Ingestion may produce nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, and diarrhea. Sever cases may result to ataxia, convulsion, and coma. May also cause skin and eye irritation. Exposure of the face product concentrate may cause a transient tingling or burning sensation.

FIRST AID: In case of skin contact, wash thoroughly with soap and water. If on eyes, immediately flush with plenty of water. If ingested, do not induce vomiting. If inhaled, remove patient from contaminated area and bring patient to fresh air. If breathing is irregular or stopped, apply artificial respiration. In all above cases, get medical attention immediately.

NOTE TO PHYSICIAN: If ingested, carry out gastric lavage with care to prevent aspiration. Administer symptomatic and supportive treatment.
