DIRECTION FOR USE: Cymbush 5 EC is registered for use on crops listed below. Add Agral 90 at 1 Tsp/16L water when spraying crops with waxy leaves, e.g. Banana, Onion, etc.

FREQUENCY AND TIMING OF APPLICATION: Start foliar application as soon as pests appear and repeat at 7 to 14 days interval if necessary.

COMPATIBILITY: non compatible with alkali-based compounds, e.g., copper fungicides.

PRE-HARVEST INTERVAL: for all crops, 7 days.

DIRECTION FOR STORAGE AND DISPOSAL: Store in original containers, tightly closed, out of reach of children. Do not contaminate ponds, ditches, and water waste with empty containers. Triple rinse empty containers, bury in wasteland.

WARNING AND PROHIBITION: this product may be harmful if swallowed, inhaled, or absorbed through skin. Follow directions for use carefully.

Precautions: Avoid contact with skin and ice. Wash splashes of concrete from skin and ice immediately. Use protective clothing when using the product. Avoid working in spray mist. Do not eat, drink, or smoke when using the product. Wash hands and exposed skin before meals and after work. Remove heavily contaminated clothing immediately and wash separately before re-use. Harmful to bees. Avoid use of this product in their presence.

SYMPTOMS OF POISONING: Large doses may produce tremors, ataxia, and weaknesses of limbs.

FIRST AID: if ingested, give one to two glasses of water. Do not induce vomiting. If inhaled, remove from contaminated area and bring patient to fresh air. If breathing is irregular and stopped, apply artificial respiration. In case of skin contact, remove contaminated clothing and wash affected areas with plain soap and water. If on eyes, flush with clear running water for at least 15 minutes. In all above cases, get a medical attention immediately.

NOTE TO PHYSICIAN: Cymbush 5 EC can cause irritation and sensitization upon exposure of skin mucous membranes. The product contains solvent which can cause chemical pneumonitis. in case of systemic poisoning, treat symptomatically. Give diazepam for convulsion and maintain fluid and electrolyte balance. For oral poisoning, avoid fats, oils, and milk. Adrenaline in hydrocortisone may be indicated in anaphylactic reactions.
