For the control of hoppers infesting mango, various pests in banana, watermelon, citrus, cabbage, sugarcane, asparagus, okra, and mealybugs in pineapple.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

In mango, watermelon, citrus, cabbage, asparagus, and okra, spray when pests appear and repeat application only when necessary, depending on insect pests’ infestation. In sugarcane, apply once spraying on cane seed pieces before covering with soil. On banana (against flower thrips, inject 50-80 ml solution once when ¾ of the bud length had emerged. In banana (against aphids and mealybugs), apply CONFIDOR SL 200 as bunch and pseudo-stem spray at the rate of 250-300 ml solution.

Harmful to bees. Do not spray during active flowering stage or when pollinators are actively forging on plants. Spray when pollinators are not active.

RESISTANCE MANAGEMENT: To prevent resistance development, use CONFIDOR SL 200 in alternation with other insecticide of different mode of action.

MIXING: Pour the required quantity of CONFIDOR SL 200 into a suitable container filled with water at a desirable volume and mix well.

RE-ENTRY PERIOD: In banana (bud injection), enter the treated area immediately after bud injection if other crops (including banana as foliar application), enter treated areas after spray deposits have dried.

STORAGE: Store in a cool, dry place away from foods & feeds and reach of children.

CONTAINER DISPOSAL: Triple rinse, puncture and crush empty containers and return to supplier, dealers, or distributors for proper disposal.

DO NOT RE-USE EMPTY CONTAINER.

PRECAUTIONS: Store in original container, tightly closed away from foods and feedstuffs. Do not smoke, eat, or drink while handling the product. Avoid inhalation of spray mist and skin and eye contact with the product and diluted material. After work, thoroughly wash hands, face, and contaminated skin using plenty of soap and water. Avoid intake of alcoholic beverages within 24 hours after spraying. All spray equipment must be thoroughly cleaned with water after use. Bury empty containers. Avoid contamination of water supply with chemical or container.

SYMPTOMS OF POISONING: Apathetic state, depressed muscular tone, respiratory disturbance and trembling; muscular cramps also possible in severe cases of poisoning. Bradycardia may occur.

FIRST AID TREATMENT: In case of poisoning, call a physician immediately.

If swallowed: do not induce vomiting or do so only if there is a delay in obtaining medical treatment.

If inhaled: remove patient from contaminated area and bring patient to fresh air.

If breathing has stopped: apply artificial respiration.

If on skin: remove contaminated clothing and wash affected areas with soap and water.

In case of splashes in the eyes: flush eyes with clean water for at least 15 minutes. Get medical attention immediately.

NOTE TO PHYSICIAN: Therapy: Symptomatic (nicotine-like effects): check blood pressure and pulse rate frequently since bradycardia and hypotonia are possible. Provide supportive measures for the respiratory function and cardiac action. Give artificial respiration if signs of paralysis appear. Additional therapeutic measures involve elimination of the substance from the body or acceleration of its excretion (gastrolavage, saline laxatives, memthol i.v)

Antidote: No specific antidote is known.

Contraindications: Absorption-promoting agents such as alcoholic beverages and milk. Oils and fats are of no special significance due to low liposolubility of the active ingredient.
