PRECAUTIONS: Store in original container, tightly closed, keep in cool and dry place away from food and feedstuffs. Do not eat, drink, or smoke while using this product. When handling granules, wear protective clothing including gloves. Avoid skin contamination and inhalation of dust. Wash hands and exposed skin before eating and after work. Wash separately contaminated clothing of any water supply with chemical of empty container. This product may be harmful if swallowed, inhaled, or absorbed through the skin. Do not re-use empty bags. Burn bags away from sources.
BABALA: Huwag kumain, uminom, manigarilyo habang gumagamit nito. Magsuot ng damit pananggalang at guwantes. Iwasang madikit sa balat o malanghap. Hugasan ang kamay at mga bahagi ng katawan na nalagyan ng kemikal bago kumain at pagkatapos gumamit nito. Labhan ang damit pagkatapos gumamit nito. Iwasang malagyan ng kemikal ang anumang pinanggagalingan ng tubig. Ang produktong ito ay maaaring makalason kapag nalunok, nalanghap, o nasipsip ng balat.
SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS OF ACUTE POISONING: Include excessive sweating, tearing of eyes, salivation, headache, giddiness, blurred vision, nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramps, diarrhea, chest tightness, discomfort, and constricted pupils. In severe poisoning, muscle twitching an inability to walk, coma, and respiratory arrest may occur.
FIRST AID TREATMENT: If swallowed and patient is conscious, give one (1) glass of water and induce vomiting by tickling back of throat of pressing back of tongue with finger or blunt instrument. Repeat procedure until vomit fluid is clear in appearance. In case of skin contact, remove contaminated clothing and wash affected areas with plain soap and water. Ger medical attention as soon as possible if symptoms occur.
TO PHYSICIAN: Contain a cholinesterase inhibitor. If swallowed, do careful gastric lavage. Treat with atrophine sulfate as antidote. Maintain patient airway and fluid and electrolyte balance. Never give opiates, phenothiazines, xanthines (aminophytine, theophylline, caffeine, etc) and other respiratory depressants.

COMPATABILITY: Do not use propanil within twenty-one (21) days of applying Carbomax 3G.
FREQUENCY AND METHOD OF APPLICATION: Broadcast as needed but not within 28 days before harvest. Carbomax 3G should be broadcasted or soil-incorporated. Do not dissolve or mix in water prior to use.
RE-ENTRY PERIOD: Two (2) days.
CONTAINER DISPOSAL: Do not re-use container. Completely empty the contents and bury the unused chemical at least 45 cm deep in isolated location away from water supplies.
