DIRECTIONS FOR USE: RICESTAR XTRA is recommended for the control of annual lowland grass, sedge, and broadleaf weeds in both transplanted and direct-seeded wet-sown rice cultures.

REGISTERD USE:

Spray solution of RICESTAR XTRA at 15 to 20 days after transplanting (DAT) or sowing (DAS), or at 3-5 leaf stage of the Echinocloa sp. weed species. It is recommended to drain the paddy prior to spraying with RICESTAR XTRA to obtain maximum results.

MIXING: Pour in 50mL of RICESTAR XTRA into a 16-liter capacity sprayer half-filled with water. Share sprayer to effect thorough mixture. Add the remaining water needed to fill the sprayer and thoroughly mix.

RE-ENTRY: After spray deposits have dried.

CONTAINER DISPOSAL: Triple rinse, puncture, and crush empty containers and dispose by burning 45 cm deep in an isolated location away from water sources.

PRECAUTIONS: Store in original container, tightly closed away from foods, and feedstuffs. Do not smoke, eat, or drink while handling the product. Avoid inhalation of spray mist and skin and eye contact with the concrete. Wear protective clothing and gloves while handling the product. Wash hands, arms, and face thoroughly with soap and water after work. Avoid contamination of water supplies with chemical or container.

BABALA: Itago sa orihinal na lalagyan malayo sa pagkain ng tao o hayop. Huwag manigarilyo, kumain o uminom habang ginagamit ang produkto. Iwasang malanghap o malagyan ng kemikal ang balat at mata. Magsuot ng damit-pananggalang habang ginagamit ang produkto. Hugasang mabuti ang mga kamay, mukha at lahat ng parte ng katawan matapos magbomba. Iwasang maapektuhan ng kemikal at ng lalagyan nito ang anumang pinagkukunan ng tubig.

FIRST AID TREATMENT:

If swallowed: Give plenty of water to drink. Do not induce vomiting unless there is a delay in medical attention. Do not give milk or alcohol. Get medical attention immediately.

If on skin: Remove contaminated clothing and wash affected areas with soap and water.

If on eyes: Flush eyes with flowing water for at least 15 minutes.

If inhaled: Remove from contaminated area and bring patient to fresh air. If breathing has stopped, apply artificial respiration.

NOTE TO PHYSICIAN: There is no specific antidote, initial treatment should be symptomatic and supportive and needed.
