DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Method of Application: Spray Pyanchor Ultra 8.5EC combination herbicide in the rice paddy under wet/drained or water saturated conditions for broad spectrum weed control. Re-introduce water (2-3 cm in depth) at 1 to 3 days after spraying.

Formulated Product per Hectare: Recommended application rate of Pyanchor Ultra 8.5EC is 1 Liter per hectare at a water delivery rate of 160 to 184 Li (10-12 tank loads) per hectare (1 tank load is 16 Li in volume).

Timing of Application: Apply Pyanchor Ultra 8.5EC once during the 12-16 days after seeding (DAS) application window.

WARNING: This product may cause eye irritation

Avoid contact with eyes and use recommended protective equipment. Use eye goggles during mixing.

PRECAUTIONS: Keep out of reach of children. Store in original container only and in a dry area. Harmful if swallowed, inhaled, or absorbed through the skin. Avoid breathing of spray mists and contact with skin and clothing. Use protective clothing and equipment such as an apron, mask, rubber or plastic gloves and goggles. Users should wash hands before eating and drinking. Do not contaminate water, food or feed by storage. The herbicidal properties of this product require caution in handling, proper storage and transportation.

BABALA: limbak sa lugar na malayo sa pagkain ng tao at hayop. Huwag kakain, iinom o manigarilyo habang nag-iisprey ng produktong ito. Gumamit ng damit pananggalang, guwantes at "goggles" kung hahawak ng gamot. Sabunin ang kamay bago kumain. Maligo at magpalit ng malinis na damit matapos magtrabaho. Labhan mabuti ang mga damit na ginamit sa pag-isprey bago muling gamitin. Iwasan malagyan ng gamot ang anumang daluyan ng tubig.

SYMPTOMS OF EXPOSURE:

EYE: May cause moderate eye irritation.

SKIN: Prolonged or repeated exposure is not likely to cause significant skin irritation.

INGESTION: No hazards anticipated from swallowing small amounts incidental to normal handling and operation of equipment used in application of this product.

INHALATION: Vapors are unlikely due to physical properties. Single exposure to dust is not likely to be hazardous.

FIRST AID:

Inhalation: Remove patient from area of exposure. Obtain medical attention.

Skin Contact: Brush off contaminated clothing. Wash skin with soap and water. If symptoms develop, obtain medical attention.

Eye Contact: Wash with eyewash solution or clean water, holding the eyelid apart for at least 10 minutes. Obtain medical attention.

Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. Rinse mouth with water and give 200-300mL of water to drink.

NOTE TO THE PHYSICIAN: Give symptomatic and supportive treatment.

DO NOT RE-USE EMPTY CONTAINERS.
