The addition of
non-ionic surfactant is recommended to enhance the activity of ONECIDE 15 EC.
Add 30 ml per liters of spray solution.

MIXING
INSTRUCTIONS: Pour one half of the volume of the water into the sprayer, add the
required dosage of ONECIDE 15 EC and mix thoroughly before adding the
remaining amount of water.

APPLICATION: Maintain constant
speed and pressure for uniform application of the herbicide. Do not apply
herbicide when heavy rain in imminent. ONECIDE 15EC provides very limited
control of grass weeds that emerges after application. ONECIDE 15 EC can be
applied over the top for the following crops.

ONIONS, TOMATOES,
COTTON & SOYBEANS: Apply at 2-5 leaf stage of itch grass or
cranberries at 4-6 leaf stage of other grass weeds or when most grass have
emerged but not beyond 30 days after sowing or transplanting.

PINEAPPLES: Apply the herbicide
at 6-8 leaf stage of grasses. Second application maybe necessary if
considerable regrowth or new flash of grass weeds occur after the first
application. Last application must be 14 days before harvest.

BANANAS, CACAO, CITRUS,
COFFEE, OIL PLAM, RAMIE, & RUBBER: Apply the herbicide at intervals of
50 days or when 50-75% regrowth occurs from the previous application. For
bananas, application can be done 2 day before harvest. For citrus, last
application can be done 7 days before harvest.

CASSAVA: Apply herbicide
once through knapsack sprayer with a flat fan nozzle calibrated to deliver
500L/ha spray volume at 4-6 leaf stage.

DIRECTION FOR SAFE
STORAGE: Store only in original container tightly closed in a cool, dry, and
safe place. Any left-over material must be kept in the original container.

CAUTION: Flammable. Keep
away from flammable materials.

PRECAUTIONS: Avoid eye, skin,
nose contract, and inhalation of spray mist. Wear goggles, gloves, and
protective clothing when handling product. Wear gloves when spraying. Wash
product from the skin or eyes immediately. Harmful if swallowed. Wash hands
and exposed skin immediately after spraying. Do not store food in any
chemical containers. Do not contaminate any water supply with chemical or any
empty containers.

BABALA: Iwasang mapunta sa
mata, madikit sa balat o ang malanghap ng spray. Magsuot ng salaaming
proteksiyon sa mata, guwantes, at kasuotang pananggalang kapag gumagamit ng
kemikal na ito. Tandaan ang paggamit ng guwantes habang ginagamit ang
sprayer. Hugasan kaagan ang anumang kemikal maaaring nadikit sa balat o
napunta sa mata. Nakakalason kapag nainom. Agad hugasan ang kamay at iba pang

SYMPTOMS OF
POISONING: Headache, general weakness, nausea, loss of appetite, vomiting, and
diarrhea.

FIRST AID: Remove contaminated
clothing and wash affected skin with soap and water. If on eyes, flush with
plenty of water. If swallowed and patient is conscious, give glass of water
and induce vomiting. Fluid is clear in appearance. Seek medical attention
immediately.

It is a violation
of FPA rules and regulations to use this product in manner inconsistent with
its label.
