HERBICIDE CONCENTRATE

An emulsifiable concentrate herbicide for grass control in rice.

Active Ingredient: 100 g/L Cyhalofop butyl

Surfactant: 500 g/L Alkyl Phenolic Glycol Ether

Solvent: 290 g.L Aromatic Hydrocarbon 150

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

CLINCHER™ 100 EC is recommended to be applied at the rate of 800 mL (0.8 liter) to 1000 mL (1.0) per hectare 7 to 18 days after seeding (DAS). Spray herbicide solution at 3 to 5 leaf stage of barnyard grass in saturated condition. Paddy field can be irrigated as early as 5 hours after herbicide application.

To ensure thorough mixing, slowly add the required amount of CLINCHER™ 100 EC to the water in the spray tank under agitation.

COMPATIBILITY STATEMENT:

CLINCHER™ 100 EC is not recommended to be tank mixed with other crop protection products particularly 2,4-D. Make sure spray can is cleansed of 2,4-D residue before using it for CLINCHER™ 100 EC.

DIRECTIONS FOR STORAGE AND DISPOSAL

Store in a cool dry place away from heat, sparks, and open flame. Do not reuse empty bottles. Triple rinse, crush and bury empty containers in designated areas away from water sources.

SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS OF POISONING:

The acute toxicity is very low, and signs of poisoning are not likely to occur.

FIRST AID: If swallowed, give 1-2 glasses of water. Do not induce vomiting. Seek medical advice in case of skin contact. Wash skin thoroughly with soap and water. Remove contaminated clothing and shoes. In case of splashes in the eyes, flush eyes with clean running water for 15 minutes. In case in inhalation, move patient from contaminated atmosphere to fresh air. Get medical attention of symptoms of poisoning appears but toxicity is unlikely.

NOTE TO PHYSICIAN: CLINCHER™ 100 EC contains petroleum-like solvents and the benefits of inducing vomiting must be weighed against the possibility of chemical pneumonitis. If lavage is performed, endotracheal or aesophagioscopic control is advisable. Cyhalotop butyl has very low acute toxicity and signs of poisoning are not likely to occur.

WARNING: This product is a severe eye and mild skin irritant.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

Store in original container, tightly closed, away from foodstuffs. Do not eat, drink, or smoke while using this product. Wear protective clothing such as goggles or face shield, including waterproof gloves and overall, particularly when handling the concentrate. Do not spray against the wind. Wash hands and exposed skin before meals and after work. Triple rinse, crush and bury empty containers on areas away from sources of water. Avoid contamination of water supply during cleaning of spray equipment. Dispose of rinsate away from canals, rivers, streams, and other sources of water.
