Chaku 2.5 EC Insecticide (LEADS Agri)

For the control of major insect pests of rice, corn, mango, onion, tobacco, cotton, cocoa, watermelon, tomato, and mungbean.

COMPOSITION:

Lambda-cyhalothrin 25 g/L

Emulsifier 75 g/L

Aromatic Solvent 900 g/L

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Chaku 2.5 EC is registered for use in crops and pests listed below. Mix with water as indicated/ Started spraying as soon as pests appear. If needed repeat application at 7 to 14 days interval. Shorten intervals during heavy infestation. Apply at spray.

COMPATIBILITY: Non-compatible with alkali-based compounds e.g., copper fungicides.

PRE-HARVEST INTERVAL: Re-entry to treated field within three days before harvest.

STORAGE AND DISPOSAL: Store in original containers, tightly closed in a safe place. Do not contaminate ponds, ditches and waterways with empty containers. Drain, wash out, puncture, and bury empty containers in wasteland. Formulation is classified as non-flammable and does not ignite spontaneously.

WARNING: This product may be harmful if swallowed, inhaled, or absorbed through the skin. If the product concentrate is swallowed, the chemical can cause chemical pneumonitis.

PRECAUTIONS: Avoid splashes of concentrate on eyes. Do not smoke, eat, or drink while using the product. Wear protective clothing, gloves, and face shield when handling the concentrate. Avoid spray mist. When using mistblowers, wear a mask covering nose and mouth. Wash hands and exposed skin before meals and after work. Remove contaminated clothing and wash before re-use. Do not contaminate waterways with chemical or empty containers.

Ito ay may sangkap na maaaring maging sanhi ng “chemical pneumonitis” kapag nainom ang purong gamot. Huwag manigailyo, iinom, o kakain habang gumagamit nito. Magsuot nang damit pananggalang, guwantes na goma at maskara habang naghahalo nito. Maghugas at magsabon kapag nawisikan nito gayundin bago kumain at pagkatapos gumamit. Kapag may nakainom nito, huwag pasukain at kumunsulta agad sa manggagamot.

SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS OF POISONING: Ingestion may cause nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain and diarrhea. Severe case may result in ataxia, convulsion, and coma. May also cause skin and eye irritation. May cause a transient tingling or burning sensation when exposed.

FIRST AID: If on skin: Wash thoroughly with soap and water and water/ If on eyes: Immediately wash with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. If ingested: Do not induce vomiting. If inhaled: Remove victim from area of exposure and bring to fresh air. If breathing stops: Apply artificial respiration. In all cases: Get medical attention immediately.

NOTE TO PHYSICIAN: If ingested, carry our gastric lavage with care to prevent aspiration. Administer symptomatic and supportive treatment.
