systemic fungicide for the control of mango, rice, cabbage, and potato
diseases specified under directions for use.

MIXING: Pour the required quantity of Folicur 25 WP into the sprayer tank partially filled with water and stir. Then fill the tank with water to the correct level and mix well.

PRECAUTIONS: Store in original container, tightly closed, and away from food and feedstuffs. Do not smoke, eat or drink while handling the product. Avoid inhalation of spray mist and skin and eye contact with the concentrate. Wear eye goggles gloves and overalls while handling the product. After work, thoroughly wash hands, face and contaminated skin using plenty of soap and water. Avoid contamination of water supplies with chemical or container.

BABALA: Itago sa orihinal na alagyan malayo sa pagkain ng tao o hayop. Huwag manigarilyo, kumain o uminom habang ginagamit ang produkto. Iwasang malanghap o malagyan ng kemikal ang mata at balat. Magsuot ng damit pananggalang habang ginagamit ang produkto.
Hugasang mabuti ang mga kamay, mukha at lahat ng parte ng katawan matapos magbomba. Iwasang maapektuhan ng kemikal at ng lalagyan nito ang anumang pinagkukunan ng tubig.

FREQUENCY, METHOD,
AND TIMING OF APPLICATION: Apply FOLICUR 25 WP at first sign of disease infection and repeat application if necessary.

FIRST AID TREATMENT:

If swallowed and
patient is conscious, give 1 glass of water and induce vomiting by tickling back of throat with finger. Repeat procedure until vomitus is clear. Get medical attention.

If on skin, remove contaminated clothing and wash affected areas with plain soap and water. Get medical attention immediately.

If on eyes, flush eyes with clean running water for at least 15 minutes and get medical attention.

If inhaled, remove from contaminated area and bring patient to fresh air. If breathing has stopped, apply artificial respiration. Get medical attention immediately.

NOTE TO PHYSICIAN: Treat symptomatically. Call National Poison Control and Information Service.

PRE-HARVEST INTERVAL: Mango - 22 days; Rice - 55 days; Cabbage - 7 days; Potato - 30 days.

RE-ENTRY: When spray deposits have dried.

STORAGE: Store in a cool, dry place away from foods & feedstuffs and reach of children.

CONTAINER DISPOSAL: Completely empty the contents and bury the unused chemicals and container at least 45cm deep in an isolated location away from water sources.
