Thank you for shopping at GOEden!


We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 5 days of your purchase, if 6 days have passed since your purchase, you are no longer qualified for a refund and/or exchange of any kind.


Eligibility and Conditions for Refunds and Exchanges


  • The Item has NOT been received by Buyer;
  • The Item was defective and/or damaged during delivery (e.g. live items are dead, broken/leaking items);
  • GOEden has delivered an Item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, color, wrong item, wrong variety, lacking in quantity, etc.) to Buyer;
  • The Item delivered to Buyer is materially different from the description provided by GOEden in the listing of the Item on its website; or
  • The item must be unused, unopened  and must remain in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (forwarded email receipt and/or scanned copy/photo of the sales invoice). 
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.


Exempt Goods 


The following are exempt for Refunds/Return:

  • Any item(s)  picked-up by the customer using his own vehicle/personal booking using third party logistics at GOEden HQ or any of our partner stores
  • Items where damage(s) is/are caused by improper handling/storage of customer


Application for refund/return


Step 1: Send an email to using the email title: RETURN/REFUND_LAST NAME_RECEIPT NUMBER/ORDER NUMBER_COST

Step 2: Attach the following:

  • e-copy of the order confirmation sent via email or e-copy of the official sales invoice
  • photos and videos of damaged items upon unloading/unboxing parcel

Step 3: Specify in the email body the reason for return/refund.

Step 4. GOEden will determine your qualification for:

  • Refund for fully damaged goods  (Amount will be credited to your bank/card)
  • Exchange for items that are past their expiration/viability date (You shall be entitled to GOEden coins to purchase new items with the same cost)
  • Replacement (replacement of broken items either partial or all or completion of items of undelivered items/quantities)

Step 5. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your application.




  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the following Address:
    •  < GOEdenHQ 2/F Central City Building, MacArthur Highway, Barangay  San Rafael, Tarlac City, Tarlac 2300 >
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Please use only trusted couriers/shippers to ensure your products will arrive at our office.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us, may vary.
